Ditjen Pothan team visits BTI Defence workshop to monitor the modernization process of Indonesian Marine amphibious light tank

The Directorate General of Pothan of the Ministry of Defence team led by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Pothan of the Ministry of Defence, Indonesian Navy First Admiral Sri Yanto, S.T., carried out a visit to PT BTI Indo Tekno workshop in Surabaya area. The visit was done for monitoring exports and imports and knowing the capabilities of PT BTI Indo Tekno related to the fire control system, which includes the electro optics system, and fire control computer, as well as other supporting equipment.

This capability is carried out for the modernization of the Indonesian Marine amphibious light tank. This is important considering that the Government always encourages the domestic defence industry to be more advanced in order to meet the needs of Indonesian armed forces defence equipment modernization.
